The members of the law firm D. O. C. Lawyers Specialist Lawyers are under an obligation to be discrete and to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and other profession related data protection regulations.

The data we obtain are protected under the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. Personal data will only be used to respond to your requests and to deal with your mandates and for the technical administration. The data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the invoicing or with the prior consent of the client. The user of the website and the client respectively have the right to revoke the consent at any time, with immediate effect for the future.

Our web space provider collects data on every access to this website.
